Each year I have gone I’ve been impressed by the staff and the lengths they go to make sure you feel welcomed and have everything you need. I believe it was a pinch expensive but that is to be expected. The restaurant who had the buffet breakfast was amazing. The games however were fun & they had a blast. The arcade I spent $120 which thought to be pretty expensive for the cheap dollar tree prizes for the kids. Then on the slide outside for the green one some guy I guess hit his head (dk how) & they shut the whole ride down after waiting in line for 24 minutes. Unfortunately halfway thru our day we weren’t able to do the wave pool because some kid poop in the pool. There were long lines & had a little wait but that’s expected. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the actual water park itself was fun & nice (besides the wasteful cabana). Wish Kalahari would have taken better care of me & my family. I was nervous someone was going to break in the window. It was hard to lock the window because it was very dated & didn’t want to lock. The window since being on the bottom floor was a little scary too.

We couldn’t use the safe because again couldn’t get any one in the phone & realized the code was the room number. The floors were dirty, the fridge was leaking water & didn’t even get your stuff cold. So I called the Kalahari hotline from my cell phone since the room phone did nothing. There was stuff & hair all over the bed & having to get someone on the phone from the resort was annoying & hard. For the amount of money we paid for the room it was so dirty.,The pull out couch bed was absolutely filthy. We had the standard 2 bed 1 pull out couch room. For a room, the size was decent but that was about it. We probably won’t get one of those again. We did order a cabana #17 which was pointless because we barely even were in there because it was so fair away from everything. Since we hadn’t been there before we were trying to plan ahead with what we would need. My family & I visited Kalahari for the for time ever the 18th to the 20th.
